Trainee Onboarding Event
A trainee event is the ideal way to integrate new employees into the company, strengthen bonds among apprentices, and promote essential professional and social skills. Especially in the early stages of training, the foundations for successful cooperation are laid, and events of this kind can significantly boost motivation and identification with the company.
Trainee events for strong teams
Whether your apprentices have just joined the company or have been part of it for some time – a trainee event strengthens communication skills, fosters trust, and develops team spirit. In a relaxed atmosphere away from the daily work routine, participants can get to know each other better and gain valuable experiences that have a positive effect on everyday work.
CityHunters iPad Tour – Modern training with fun
The CityHunters iPad Tour offers an interactive experience that combines teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. Equipped with iPads, teams navigate through the city, complete multimedia tasks, and tackle exciting challenges. In doing so, apprentices improve their collaboration skills while having fun in a relaxed, outdoor environment.
CityHunters Geocaching – Outdoor adventure with purpose
During the CityHunters Geocaching event, teams use GPS to find hidden locations, solve puzzles, and collect clues. This activity strengthens strategic thinking, encourages group problem-solving, and highlights the importance of each team member’s contribution – all skills that are directly applicable in the workplace.
Building the foundation for future success
With a trainee event from CityHunters, you create memorable experiences that promote cooperation, strengthen team spirit, and lay the groundwork for long-term success within your company.
