Team Building Event VdW Bayern
Geocaching in Munich – an event concept that combines adventure, team spirit, and the joy of discovery! On October 23, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming 30 enthusiastic participants from the company VdW Bayern to an unforgettable team building experience in Munich as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was the impressive Max-Joseph-Platz, which, with its historic backdrop, provided the perfect starting point for our adventure.
After a brief introduction and dividing into five teams, equipped with our CityHunters tablets, the participants set off to discover the treasures of Munich. The teams navigated independently through the city, tackling exciting puzzles and team tasks. The challenge was not only to find the right solutions but also to grow together as a team and explore the hidden corners of Munich.
During the tour, the teams visited the impressive Frauenkirche and the majestic Residenz München, among other places. Each location held its own secrets and challenged the participants to demonstrate their problem-solving skills and team spirit. The weather was perfect, contributing to the positive atmosphere as the teams competed for the most points.
After two hours of discoveries and challenges, all teams returned to Max-Joseph-Platz, where the excitement reached its peak. The award ceremony was a joyful moment, celebrating not only the winning teams but also the camaraderie and creativity of all participants.
This team building experience in Munich once again demonstrated how much joy and inspiration can be found in a shared adventure. Geocaching in Munich not only offers the chance to experience the city from a new perspective but also strengthens team cohesion in a lasting way. An experience that will surely be remembered for a long time and has inspired participants to take on new challenges together.
