Team Building Event G1 Getränke Holding GmbH
Geocaching in Passau is a unique event concept that perfectly combines adventure, fun, and team spirit. On October 22, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming six motivated employees from G1 Getränke Holding GmbH to an exciting Geocaching adventure in Passau as their CityHunters team guide.
Our starting point was the bustling Residenzplatz, where we divided the participants into two teams. With the sun at their backs and St. Stephen's Cathedral in sight, the teams set off on their adventure with smiles on their faces. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they embarked on a journey to discover the hidden treasures of the city.
As they toured through the charming alleys and past landmarks like Veste Oberhaus and Passau Town Hall, the teams were on their own. They solved tricky puzzles and tackled creative team tasks to collect valuable points. The excitement was palpable, as both teams were eager to claim victory. I was always available by phone to provide support for any questions or minor challenges.
After three thrilling hours full of discoveries and teamwork, the teams gathered again at Residenzplatz. During the awards ceremony, it was revealed that Team 'Mützenfix' claimed first place with an impressive 405 points. Close behind was Team 'Die Besten' with 360 points. The pride and joy over the shared experience were clearly evident among all participants.
The good mood and laughter of the participants showed that this team building experience in Passau was a complete success. Through Geocaching, the teams not only experienced the city's cultural highlights but also grew closer as a group. The combination of sporting ambition and the discovery of Passau's historical treasures made this day an unforgettable experience.
