Scavenger Hunt Vitoria-Gasteiz
Welcome to Vitoria-Gasteiz, a graceful capital where history and lively culture form the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable team building experience. Let the city’s atmosphere work its quiet magic while teams tighten their bonds in a Scavenger Hunt that winds through leafy squares, narrow lanes and some of the most striking landmarks the city has to offer.
Start point: Cathedral of Santa María de Vitoria
The team building event begins at the Cathedral of Santa María de Vitoria, an imposing example of Gothic grandeur that sets the tone for the day. From this historic starting point, teams will tackle clever challenges together and explore the atmospheric old town with its cobbled streets and heritage buildings — an ideal kickoff for a company outing in Vitoria-Gasteiz that promises engagement from the first clue.
Discover the city's treasures
Along the Scavenger Hunt route, expect stops at the Church of San Miguel and the Artium Museum, each offering a distinctive setting for tasks and surprises. These carefully chosen stations highlight Vitoria-Gasteiz’s artistic and architectural heart while encouraging clear communication and collaborative problem solving — a tasteful way to practise teamwork without a training manual.
A journey through history and culture
The itinerary also passes by the Basque Parliament and Ajuria Enea, places that reveal the city’s political and civic story, alongside the Museo Diocesano de Arte Sacro de Álava, where religious art traces centuries of local identity. These locations invite teams to reflect on history while putting their collective skills to the test, blending cultural discovery with practical team exercises.
Shared experiences that connect
Vitoria-Gasteiz is famous for its culinary delights, and the Scavenger Hunt includes opportunities to pause at a charming café to sample beloved pintxos — the ideal pick-me-up before tackling the next challenge. Whether organised as a department celebration, a company summer party or even woven into a company christmas party, this shared gastronomic moment adds warmth and memorable flavour to the day.
An unforgettable finale
When the final clues are solved, the Scavenger Hunt concludes with a satisfying sense of achievement, perhaps beside the curious collections of the Fournier Museum of Playing Cards or another notable landmark. Teams return from this company outing to Vitoria-Gasteiz with fresh camaraderie, renewed motivation and stories that outlast the day — a compact, effective team building experience that leaves a lasting impression.
