Xmas Adventure Szczecin
Szczecin combines rich history and striking architecture with a festive atmosphere that makes it an ideal backdrop for a team building experience. The CityHunters Xmas Adventure invites teams to explore the city’s decorated streets in a fresh way, soaking up seasonal charm while taking part in a hands-on Scavenger Hunt that will be remembered long after the lights go down.
Unique experiences in the winter city
The journey can kick off at the Szczecin Terraces, a natural meeting point to begin the discovery. Armed with the CityHunters app on a smartphone, teams tackle clever tasks and puzzles that test collaboration and creativity. From the terraces, sweeping views toward the Harbour Gate set the scene for a festive urban quest—an elegant stage for a Scavenger Hunt that mixes history and holiday spirit.
Szczecin’s lively culture and layered past appear around every corner. During a company outing, participants can admire the soaring spires of the Cathedral Basilica of St. James the Apostle, whose Gothic presence captures the imagination. Landmarks like the Szczecin Philharmonic, the National Museum in Szczecin and the Saint John the Baptist church offer chances to see the city from new angles while teams bond over shared discoveries.
Team spirit and festive joy combined
The Xmas Adventure is more than a Scavenger Hunt. It is a chance to sharpen communication, build trust and solve challenges together. Between festively lit streets and historic gates such as King’s Gate, teams experience a team building experience that blends fun, focus and seasonal cheer. Tasks are designed to reward cooperation and kindle a spirit of exploration without losing sight of teamwork.
Another highlight might be the Ducal Castle: even a quick stop to admire its façade provides context and conversation for teams. Nearby, the Kornel Ujejski Monument and the stately Szczecin Voivodeship Office add layers of history that enrich the route and inspire shared moments of discovery.
A team building event to remember
Whether planned as a department celebration, company outing or company summer party, the Xmas Adventure adapts to different needs. The self-guided format lets teams choose a start point and pace that fit their schedule, ensuring the team building event in Szczecin runs smoothly and stays enjoyable. It’s an efficient way to explore the city while creating lasting memories with colleagues.
Szczecin is also known for its culinary offerings, so the itinerary can end on a delicious note. After the Scavenger Hunt, sampling local specialties such as pierogi or bigos is an inviting way to unwind and compare highlights from the day over a communal meal.
