At the agreed meeting point, the Copernicus Monument, you'll receive a detailed briefing on the tour and how to use the CityHunters app. After forming teams of five to eight members, each team is handed a tablet. This trusty device will guide you through the streets of Warsaw, helping you locate and solve hidden puzzles and tasks.

- At each puzzle location, they solve tasks and earn points
- Navigation, general knowledge, photo or drawing challenges – every team member can play to their strengths
- Digital networking via real-time leaderboard and team chat
4. Finale
- When time is up, the app guides teams safely to the finish
- Your team guide awaits at the finish
- Results review and award ceremony
- Afterwards, you’ll find all photos in a protected online gallery

We organize our team events for you on your desired date, 365 days a year. To see if your preferred date is still available, request your non-binding offer . You can freely choose your event start time between 9 am and 8 pm.
For our full-service team events, both on-site support by our guides and the provision of all materials are included, so you don’t have to worry about anything in advance. The only exception is our smartphone tours. For these, you use your own smartphones and benefit from in-app chat support that we provide free of charge.
The start and end point in Warsaw is: Pomnik Mikołaja Kopernika. Click for a map view. The blue-shaded area marks our event area where our team event tasks and puzzles are located. For our Geocaching and iPad tours, you can choose your own start and end points within this area. This is not possible for smartphone tours.
