Treasure Hunt Riga
An unforgettable adventure awaits the whole team in the charming city of Riga. Watch as cobblestone streets and leafy squares become the stage for an engaging treasure hunt. The CityHunters team building experience in Riga is far from a run-of-the-mill team building event — it blends history, clever challenges and memorable moments that tighten team bonds. Let the city work its magic and reveal familiar places in an entirely new light.
Start point St. Peter's Church – the beginning of an adventure
The journey kicks off at the striking St. Peter's Church, whose tower punctuates Riga's skyline and signals the start of something memorable. From this landmark, the CityHunters app guides teams through the atmospheric streets of the Old Town, past centuries-old façades and tucked-away corners that are just waiting to be uncovered.
Unique sights on the route
Along the treasure hunt route, teams will encounter several of Riga's most iconic spots. The Freedom Monument stands tall as a reminder of Latvia's history, while the ornate House of the Blackheads showcases splendid historic architecture. The route can also lead past Riga Cathedral, Riga Castle and the impressive National Library of Latvia, offering plenty of photo-worthy moments and cleverly designed puzzles tied to each location.

This team building experience is a chance for colleagues to strengthen collaboration in a playful, hands-on way. Each participant brings different strengths to the table — logical thinking, creative flair or sharp communication — and those combined skills help solve tricky clues and spot hidden hints. The interactive treasure hunt reveals team dynamics and highlights individual contributions while keeping everyone engaged.
Flexibility and freedom for the team building event
One of the major perks of the CityHunters team building event is its flexibility. Teams can start whenever it suits them and proceed at their own pace, making it an excellent option for a company outing or as a highlight for a company summer party. With no rigid start times or on-site supervision required, the experience can be tailored to fit specific schedules and preferences.
While exploring, teams should take advantage of Riga's culinary offerings. Latvian cuisine shines with hearty breads and baked treats — from dense rye loaves to the beloved pīrāgi, small filled pastries that pair perfectly with a brisk city stroll. Sampling local flavors adds a tasty dimension to the team building event and keeps energy levels high.
