Team Building Event BKK Landesverband Süd
Heidelberg, with its picturesque old town and impressive castle, is always worth a visit. But on June 24, 2026, the city transformed into a playground for an exciting team building adventure. The BKK Landesverband Süd ventured out with 15 motivated participants on an exhilarating Geocaching tour across Heidelberg. Our starting point was the Universitätsplatz, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, warmly welcomed the group.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into three teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams 'Kaks', 'Dreamteam', and 'Elite VIP' set out to discover Heidelberg's hidden treasures. The friendly competition sparked the participants' ambition as they solved puzzles and team tasks that led them to some of the city's most beautiful spots.
The teams explored the old town and stopped at landmarks such as the Ruprecht-Karls-University and the famous Old Bridge. They worked closely together to crack mysterious codes and find hidden clues. The joy and team spirit were palpable at every step, and the participants enjoyed the sunny weather, which made the day even more perfect.
After three thrilling hours of discoveries and challenges, the teams returned to the Universitätsplatz. The excitement was tangible as the scores were tallied. With a proud 300 points, team 'Kaks' claimed first place, followed by 'Dreamteam' with 225 points and 'Elite VIP' with 180 points. The award ceremony was the crowning finale of an unforgettable day.
This team building experience in Heidelberg was a complete success and once again showed how much fun and camaraderie such an event can bring. The participants left Heidelberg not only with new impressions but also with strengthened team spirit and many beautiful memories. Geocaching in Heidelberg is a fantastic way to discover the city in a new and exciting way while growing together as a team.
