Team Building Event Capri-Sun GmbH
Heidelberg enchants with its history, lively atmosphere and unmistakable charm – the perfect place for shared discovery and connection.
As a team guide for CityHunters, I accompanied a special Murder Mystery Geocaching event for Capri-Sun GmbH on September 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The nine participants met me at Universitätsplatz, where I gave a brief introduction to the game: suspense, puzzles and team spirit were at the heart of our team building experience in Heidelberg.
After the welcome we split the group into two teams. Each team received a tablet with our app, which displayed the cases and clues. The technology guided the teams through the city to landmarks like Heidelberg Castle, the Old Bridge and the Church of the Holy Spirit – locations that came alive as part of the game. This turned the city experience into a genuine team building experience in Heidelberg.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. What counted was deductive skill, communication and creative collaboration: solving puzzles, interpreting clues and mastering team tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case questions or technical issues arose.
The weather proved challenging, but that only added to the sense of togetherness: taking a breath together, laughing and supporting one another in small groups – the poor weather became a motivating spice in our Murder Mystery adventure. Experiences like this strengthen bonds and make the team building experience in Heidelberg lasting and tangible.
After two and a half hours everyone met again at Universitätsplatz for the award ceremony. Team Qualitöter won with 255 points, closely followed by Capidami with 240 points. It was a fitting finale with lots of applause and beaming faces.
For me as a guide it is always wonderful to see how a playful framework brings people closer together. Murder Mystery Geocaching combines adventure, technology and teamwork into an unforgettable experience – a real highlight for every team building event in Heidelberg.
