Team Building Event Tiergesundheitszentrum Isernhagen
Our Geocaching concept combines city exploration, puzzle fun and friendly competition into a lively experience, perfect for a team building experience in Celle.
On August 10, 2024 at 12:00 I had the pleasure of welcoming the team from the Tiergesundheitszentrum Isernhagen in Celle as a CityHunters team guide. 27 participants met at Brandplatz, received a short briefing and were divided into five teams. For the tour the groups were given tablets with our app and all necessary information before they set off.
Our route led the teams through the charming streets of Celle: historic corners, hidden nooks and well known sights such as Celle Castle, the Old Town Hall and St. Marys Church served both as highlights and challenge locations. That is exactly what makes a team building experience in Celle so special — sightseeing is combined with tricky puzzles and shared challenges.
During the three hours the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest to earn the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, finding hidden clues and completing team tasks. I was available by phone during the tour and provided assistance when needed, but the energy and creativity of the groups solved many challenges on their own.
The weather cooperated and added to the great atmosphere. Laughter, strategic discussions and creative approaches shaped the scene — exactly the ingredients we want for a successful team building experience in Celle. At the same time participants were able to discover the city in a new interactive way.
After exactly three hours everyone gathered back at Brandplatz for the awards ceremony. It was especially close at the top: the winning team Krummbein scored 375 points, followed by Wendys with 360 points and Max Michael Günter with 345 points. Much applause for all participants — every contribution helped make the afternoon a success.
Events like this show that a team building experience in Celle brings colleagues together, is fun and creates lasting memories. I am already looking forward to the next tour through Celle — maybe with you and your team!
