Xmas Adventure Tallinn
Winter in Tallinn sets the scene for an unforgettable team experience, and the CityHunters Xmas Adventure turns the pre-Christmas season into something a touch more magical. Teams explore the charming streets, solve clever challenges together and soak up the medieval atmosphere that makes Tallinn such an ideal backdrop for a team building experience.
An adventure full of secrets and discoveries
Begin the festive mission at Tallinn Town Hall in Town Hall Square and step straight into the holiday spirit. Armed with the CityHunters app and smartphones, the Scavenger Hunt guides teams past landmarks like the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Toompea Castle. Along the way, participants face brain-teasing tasks and seasonal puzzles that can only be cracked through collaboration.
Team spirit and festive atmosphere
The CityHunters Xmas Adventure is far more than a leisurely stroll. As a team building event it sharpens communication and boosts camaraderie, especially in front of sights such as St. Olaf's Church or St. Nicholas' Church. The app presents interactive challenges that engage both logic and empathy, turning every cobblestone around the Old Town into a small victory for the group.
A company outing to remember
Whether arranged as a company outing, a department celebration or a company summer party, the Xmas Adventure adapts to each group’s needs. Routes are customizable, allowing for alternate starting points in the center of town—perhaps by the War of Independence Victory Column or near Stenbock House. Every stop offers fresh insights into Tallinn’s history and culture, making the event a standout team building event.
A feast for the senses
While wandering Tallinn’s lanes, the aromas of traditional Estonian fare provide a delicious soundtrack. Sample gingerbread and other seasonal treats offered at market stalls to keep morale and sugar levels high. Those culinary moments add another layer to the Scavenger Hunt, turning exploration into a full sensory experience.

The CityHunters Xmas Adventure is a great way to celebrate the season with colleagues, whether as a company christmas party alternative or a special team outing. It combines fun with meaningful opportunities to strengthen bonds and cooperation, leaving lasting memories that echo long after the final clue is solved.
