Treasure Hunt Stralsund
An unusual adventure waits for teams in the picturesque Hanseatic city Stralsund. The CityHunters team building experience turns groups into modern treasure hunters on a treasure hunt, using the CityHunters app and a healthy dose of team spirit to explore the city’s historic streets and squares. This interactive treasure hunt doubles as a memorable team building event and a fresh way to discover Stralsund’s history and charm, promising an experience that sticks in memory more than a postcard.
Start point Kütertor – The beginning of the discovery journey
The journey kicks off at Kütertor, a central spot in the old town that sets the tone for exploration. From here teams fan out to uncover the city’s secrets; an early stop might be St. Mary’s Church, whose soaring Gothic lines and layered history invite curiosity. Wandering through the narrow lanes toward landmarks such as St Katharinen in Stralsund reveals clues that slowly piece together the route to the hidden prize.
Historic atmosphere meets modern technology
The CityHunters team building event is far more than a guided walk. It blends cutting-edge app-based puzzles with Stralsund’s historic backdrop, serving up multimedia challenges that bring each location to life. Teams can be impressed by Ozeaneum’s maritime displays or pause at St. Nicholas' Church while working out the next clue. Every solved riddle moves the group closer to the treasure and deepens the collaborative spirit.
A team building event that forges stronger teams
Success in this CityHunters team building experience relies on teamwork. Participants contribute different strengths—some apply logic to crack codes, others spot visual hints or think creatively to interpret local lore. This variety of tasks boosts communication and cooperation, making the format an excellent choice for a company outing. With each challenge overcome, team cohesion and motivation to reach the final prize grow.
Flexibility and freedom for the adventure
One major benefit of the CityHunters treasure hunt is flexibility. It can be run at any time without on-site supervision, ideal for companies seeking low-fuss activities. Whether used as a highlight for a company summer party or as a standalone department celebration, the treasure hunt adapts to different needs. Teams can also admire the impressive facade of Rathaus Stralsund as they follow the trail of clues.

The CityHunters team building event in Stralsund offers companies a distinctive way to reward employees. The mix of suspense, puzzles and discovery creates a treasure hunt that leaves a lasting impression.
