Side program Prague

Event program in Prague offers the perfect mix of excitement, culture and team spirit and turns any corporate occasion into an unforgettable experience. If you plan an event program in Prague, you will find a city that offers great variety in a compact space. Cobbled streets, ornate bridge structures and lively squares create a backdrop that inspires motivation and curiosity alike. A cleverly designed event program in Prague brings colleagues out of their everyday environment and lets them act in parts of the city that are full of history and stories. Whether as the finale of a congress, a relaxed evening after a meeting or an active item between workshops, Prague is an excellent stage for shared experiences and lasting memories. Especially for companies that value connection and creativity, an event program in Prague is an investment that pays off many times over.

Experience an event program in Prague

The city offers iconic sights that work wonderfully as orientation points for an event program in Prague. The Charles Bridge spans the Vltava majestically and is often the hub for tasks, puzzles and photo competitions. Old Town Square with the Prague Astronomical Clock creates atmosphere and is ideal for stations where history and the living city atmosphere interact. Prague Castle is a striking landmark seen from afar, rising above the rooftops and serving as a dramatic backdrop for team challenges. Wenceslas Square as a bustling shopping and meeting area can also be part of a varied city walk. It is important that participants experience the exteriors, squares and promenades without the expectation of entering buildings. Such distinctive points make any event program in Prague particularly memorable.

Why Prague is ideal for corporate events

Prague is compact, easy to reach and offers a high density of sights and gastronomy. This makes the city an excellent place for a team building event in Prague and especially for a team building experience in Prague. Short distances allow different activities to be combined on the same day. The atmosphere between historic facades and modern meeting spots stimulates creativity and encourages informal conversations. Groups of different sizes can also be involved without complication, from small intensive rounds to larger competitions. An event program in Prague uses precisely these advantages to bring teams from different departments together and create shared moments of success. Culinary breaks with Czech specialties such as svíčková or grilled cheese and sweet trdelník provide comfort and conversation after an active program.

Event program in Prague with Smart tours, Geocaching tours and iPad tours

CityHunters offers three event concepts that are particularly well suited as an event program in Prague. Smart tours combine classic city exploration with digital elements and short team tasks. Geocaching tours use GPS and puzzles so that teams are motivated to navigate through the city. iPad tours work with tablets, interactive tasks and media content. Together, these formats form a flexible portfolio for a team building experience in Prague. Smart tours are ideal for playful discovery and suit both young and experienced groups. Geocaching tours demand a sense of direction and collaboration and provide thrills in an urban environment. iPad tours are multimedia and stimulate creative problem solving by integrating images, short clips and questions. About a quarter of your program can be filled with these digital concepts, as they provide short, concise units that work within any time frame. All three formats are structured to take place outdoors, on squares and paths, and to include the distinctive exteriors of the city.

Activities that connect

A successful event program in Prague combines competition with shared reflection. Tasks that require humor and brainpower ensure barriers fall and communication begins. A team building experience in Prague benefits especially from the combination of culture and fun. Small anecdotes from the citys history can be excellently integrated into tasks and remain a topic of conversation during a relaxed dinner. One example is the legend of the Prague Astronomical Clock, which repeatedly amazes participants and can be wonderfully incorporated into a quiz station. Such experiences promote a sense of togetherness and provide content for social media, internal newsletters or simply pleasant office small talk after returning home.

Culinary delights and local anecdotes

Prague offers more than just sights. The local cuisine and brewing culture are part of the experience. Classics like svíčková in cream sauce or roast with dumplings are ideal sustenance after an active tour. The sweet trdelník is a popular street snack and brings beaming faces to participants. And not to forget is Bohemian beer, which in many microbreweries on site represents a genuine discovery journey. Anecdotes about famous personalities who once wandered the alleys, or curious bridge connections create conversation starters and deepen the memory of a shared experience. An event program in Prague can schedule culinary breaks deliberately to recharge and enjoy culture.
