Xmas Adventure Norden
The contemplative season is approaching, and what better moment to bring a team closer together than with the CityHunters Xmas Adventure in Norden? This winter-ready Scavenger Hunt offers a polished mix of festive atmosphere and clever challenges as teams explore Norden’s streets. Begin the quest at Fräuleinshof 12 or pick another central meeting point in the city center to launch the mission.
Discover the treasures of Norden
Norden’s history and charming architecture set the scene for the Xmas Adventure. The route leads past landmarks such as Ludgeri Church Norden, the Altes Rathaus (Norden), the Wasserturm in Norden and the Deichmühle, with detours to Schöningh House, Vossenhus and Haus Vienna that add character to the course. These sights provide more than a pretty backdrop; they create memorable moments and natural opportunities for teams to connect and grow.
This is far more than a leisurely walk. Guided by the CityHunters app, participants move from clue to clue and tackle tasks that demand creative thinking and clear communication. The interactive Scavenger Hunt turns puzzle-solving into a practical team building experience, strengthening cooperation while keeping the mood upbeat and focused — the kind of team building event that leaves a lasting impression.
A culinary experience in Norden
After the hunt, Norden’s culinary scene invites teams to relax and compare notes over regional specialties. Cosy restaurants serve everything from hearty local dishes to soothing East Frisian tea, making a shared meal the ideal finale to a company outing. Dining together not only rewards effort but reinforces the bonds formed during the challenge.

The Xmas Adventure is designed to fit into busy schedules. Whether it’s scheduled as part of a company summer party or organized as a standalone company outing, the format is flexible: choose start times, adjust pace and tailor the experience to suit the group.
