Scavenger Hunt Magdeburg
Discover Magdeburg in a fresh and lively way with the CityHunters Scavenger Hunt, an interactive team building event that invites groups to explore the city's history and culture while tackling clever challenges together. This experience is designed to boost collaboration, communication and creativity, turning a regular company outing into something memorable and energizing without getting overly theatrical.
Start your adventure at Sterntor
The route kicks off at Sterntor and leads teams past some of Magdeburg's most striking sights. The Cathedral of Magdeburg commands attention with its Gothic lines, while the Grüne Zitadelle adds a splash of Hundertwasser whimsy. St. Petri (Magdeburg), St.-Johannis-Kirche and Sankt-Sebastian-Kirche offer historic stops that invite curiosity, and the Kulturhistorisches Museum Magdeburg gives extra context for the puzzles that weave history into the fun. Each landmark is a chance to see colleagues in a new light and to make a company outing feel like a mini cultural expedition.
Creativity and team spirit in the heart of the city
At every station of the Scavenger Hunt teams face tasks that can only be solved together, encouraging a genuine team building experience. Whether a team leans on logic, artistic flair or organisational skills, everyone gets to contribute. The Alter Markt provides an atmospheric backdrop for several challenges, blending the city’s past with the practical need to cooperate and think on your feet.
A team building event full of surprises
This Scavenger Hunt works brilliantly as a team building event for department get-togethers or as a lively addition to a company summer party. Routes through the Skulpturenpark Magdeburg and around the Grüne Zitadelle create striking and varied settings, so a company outing becomes an event that strengthens dynamics and leaves participants buzzing with shared achievement.
Between challenges there’s time to sample local flavours and recharge. Magdeburg’s hearty cuisine and regional beer make pleasant pause points where teams can compare notes and enjoy the day. Stops like the Magdalenenkapelle and corners of the city near the Cathedral of Magdeburg offer moments to reflect on history while refuelling for the next clue. This mix of culinary treats and cultural stops gives a company outing both substance and soul.
An unforgettable experience for your team
By the end of the Scavenger Hunt teams will have strengthened bonds and created lasting memories that go well beyond a single day. The positive effects of this team building experience ripple back into the workplace, making it a smart investment in morale and teamwork—ideal for everything from a routine team building event to a special company christmas party.
