This interactive adventure is perfect for a company outing, an office celebration or a fresh team building experience outdoors, all while soaking up the city’s distinctive atmosphere.
A team building experience with a twist
The Murder Mystery Tour typically starts at Marktstraße 22, but if desired the team building event can begin elsewhere in the city centre. The format is flexible enough to tailor the route to specific preferences. With the CityHunters app, smartphones become essential tools guiding participants past landmarks such as Kaiserslautern Town Hall and the historic Kaiserpfalz Kaiserslautern, turning every street corner into a potential clue.
As teams move between stations, they encounter clever riddles and challenges that gradually reveal the perpetrator. Each clue sharpens collaboration, boosts communication and exercises analytical thinking. That blend of mental challenge and social interaction makes the Murder Mystery Tour an excellent team building experience where everyone can contribute their strengths.
Kaiserslautern — an ideal backdrop for a team building event
Kaiserslautern offers an engaging setting for any team building event. The city’s rich history and cultural highlights provide an atmospheric stage for investigation. Routes can lead through the tranquillity of the Japanischer Garten, Kaiserslautern and past architectural gems like Martinskirche and Marienkirche, providing peaceful moments amid the action.
The city also delights the palate. Along the way, participants can sample local specialties and recharge with hearty Pfälzer dishes during a short break. Stops near the Theodor-Zink-Museum or the Museum Pfalzgalerie Kaiserslautern add cultural depth to what would otherwise be just another company outing.
An interactive adventure for every team
The CityHunters Murder Mystery Tour in Kaiserslautern is more than a Scavenger Hunt. The app enriches the experience with multimedia content — photos, videos and virtual witness interviews — so teams truly operate like detectives, evaluating evidence and devising strategies together.
Tasks demand a mix of skills: logic, creativity and a steady hand all come into play. Whether deciphering codes on St.-Martins-Platz or piecing together hints near the Stiftskirche, everyone has a role. That variety makes the Murder Mystery Tour a top choice for a team building experience that strengthens cooperation and morale.
Flexibility and freedom for organisers
A major advantage of the Murder Mystery Tour is its flexibility. The event can be run at any time without external supervision, simplifying logistics and fitting easily into schedules. Whether used as a standalone company outing, part of a company summer party or as programme entertainment at an office celebration, the format adapts to the team’s needs.
