Experience team training in Hanau

A true team training in Hanau uses the multifaceted cityscape as its playing field. The historic old town, the striking Schloss Philippsruhe on the banks of the Kinzig, the impressive Grimm National Monument Hanau, the Deutsches Goldschmiedehaus, Walloon-dutch church Hanau, Marienkirche Hanau and Neustädter Rathaus are familiar points of orientation that immediately give the tour character. When groups solve puzzles, devise strategies and make decisions, they benefit from the clear structure of the tasks and the lively surroundings. The combination of playful competition and local flair turns the cityscape into an active training partner. The tasks remain practical: they promote problem solving skills, time management and taking responsibility. Those looking for a team building event in Hanau will find with CityHunters a robust method to make team dynamics visible and changeable.

CityHunters formats for your team

CityHunters offers different event concepts that are ideal for team training in Hanau. Smart tours work especially intuitively: teams receive clues digitally and on site, solve tricky tasks and collect points. This format is excellent for observing communication and role distribution under pressure. Geocaching tours combine classic treasure hunting with modern navigation and are ideal for teams that want to combine movement, orientation and cooperation. iPad tours rely on large displays and interactive stations that integrate visual information, videos and tasks. Each of these variants has its own training character: Smart tours promote speed and cleverness, Geocaching tours strengthen endurance and collaboration, iPad tours bring together technical affinity and creative problem solving. Around a quarter of the total experience time can be used in these formats for targeted reflection phases in which insights from the teamwork can be discussed immediately without losing the flow of the game. All formats are designed to include people with different abilities and thus enable a real team building experience in Hanau.

Team training in Hanau with local history and craft

Hanau tells stories that can be wonderfully integrated into a team training. The city is closely associated with the Brothers Grimm and has a long artisanal tradition in goldsmithing, reflected in the Deutsches Goldschmiedehaus. Such backgrounds provide rich material for anecdotes and tasks that teams can share. On a tour in front of Schloss Philippsruhe or along the historic marketplace lively scenes emerge that create memories and stimulate group conversations. The culinary side can round off the experience: in Hanau and the surrounding Hessian region Green Sauce, apple wine and regional sausages are popular samples that go down well after a long day of training. A short break with a Hessian snack often gives rise to personal exchange and lightens the mood, which has a sustainable positive effect on team dynamics. In team training in Hanau, history, craft and gastronomy come together into a whole that, alongside practical learning moments, also creates cultural access points.
