Known for dramatic landscapes and a layered history, the city invites teams to roam its streets and plazas while taking part in an engaging treasure hunt. This activity promises fresh excitement and a practical way to tighten bonds among colleagues.
An adventure begins at the Collegiate Church of Saint-André

From this starting point, participants embark on a discovery route through the city, guided by the CityHunters App and plenty of collaborative spirit. The treasure hunt is an ideal team building experience because it encourages cooperation while revealing Grenoble from an unusual angle.
The Bastille – a highlight of the route
No route through Grenoble would be complete without the Bastille, perched above the city and reachable via the Grenoble-Bastille Cable Car. While teams crack puzzles and decipher clues, they can soak in sweeping views of Grenoble and the surrounding Alps. The Bastille stands as a historic symbol and a reminder of the resilience and cohesion teams can build during a team building event.
Puzzle fun and teamwork in the city centre
As teams wander the charming streets, the treasure hunt passes other key sights such as the Museum of Grenoble, Grenoble Cathedral, and the Perret tower. Stops might also include the Musée dauphinois or the Musée de l'Ancien Évêché, each offering a glimpse into the citys cultural heritage. The mix of historical riddles and modern app-driven clues turns this team building event into a memorable urban challenge, where hidden hints and tricky tasks strengthen collaboration.
Culinary treats and local stories
A company outing in Grenoble wouldnt feel complete without sampling regional cuisine. Use breaks in the treasure hunt to explore local cafés or markets and savor regional specialties while swapping anecdotes about the citys history, such as the Day of the Tiles. These culinary moments make for a pleasant pause and a delicious finale to a productive team building experience.
