Murder Mystery Tour Augsburg
A gripping criminal case has shaken Augsburg and the team is the last line of defence to unmask the culprit. The CityHunters Murder Mystery Tour turns colleagues into investigators facing a web of puzzles, intrigue and clever twists. This interactive Scavenger Hunt mixes adventure, logic and collaboration in a contemporary way — ideal for a company outing, a department celebration or an engaging team building experience outdoors.
A city full of riddles and history
The inquiry can kick off at the Rathaus, whose central location makes for a natural starting point for any team building event in Augsburg. With the CityHunters app, a smartphone becomes a powerful investigation tool guiding teams through streets and lanes. Augsburg, celebrated for its deep history and cultural richness, provides an atmospheric backdrop for a team building experience that combines suspense and cooperation.
Following the trail of clues leads past some of the citys most remarkable sites. The Perlachturm watches over the skyline, while the Fuggerei tells stories of a long and social past. Teams will also encounter Augsburg Cathedral, the historic Water Management System of Augsburg, the theatrical charm of the Augsburger Puppenkiste, St. Ulrich's and St. Afra's Abbey, St. Anne's Church and the Synagoge Halderstraße — each landmark offering context, atmosphere and a fresh lead for the case.
An interactive adventure for the whole team
The CityHunters Murder Mystery Tour in Augsburg is far more than a conventional Scavenger Hunt. The app does more than point from one stop to the next: it supplies multimedia elements such as photos, videos and virtual witness statements. Smartphones become small investigative hubs where evidence is sifted, suspects are profiled and theories are built together. This form of team building experience encourages communication, analytical thinking and a keen sense for connections.
Because the interaction is playful yet purposeful, the experience leaves a lasting team building impact that strengthens collaboration while delivering genuine enjoyment. Strategists, creatives and keen-eyed observers all find ways to contribute. The varied tasks and compelling storyline spark enthusiasm across ages and departments.

That makes the Murder Mystery Tour easy to slot into schedules — whether as a standalone company outing, part of a conference, the framework for a department celebration or the opener for a day of team building.
Organizationally the event is refreshingly simple: after downloading the CityHunters app and activating the game code, the team can get going immediately. No long preparations, no extra logistics — just a smooth flow that lets participants focus entirely on the shared experience.
