Aalst is predestined for effective team training in Aalst. The compact city centre with the lively Grote Markt, the distinctive belfry and the impressive St Martin's Church as well as the course of the Dender river provide varied settings for cooperative tasks and communication challenges. The city not only boasts impressive architecture, it also lives off traditions such as the famous Aalst Carnival, whose humour and satire still offer plenty of topics for team reflection. The manageable layout of the streets creates short transfer times between challenges so teams stay in the flow and can celebrate successes together immediately. team training in Aalst makes ideal use of this urban structure because it creates proximity, demands orientation and at the same time leaves enough freedom for creative solutions.

Our event concepts Smart tours Geocaching tours iPad tours

About a quarter of our offerings focuses on the event concepts CityHunters provides in Aalst. Smart tours combine a traditional Scavenger Hunt with digital elements and offer interactive tasks that reward teamwork, speed and creativity. Geocaching tours are aimed at teams who want to train orientation and strategic planning under competitive conditions, while the iPad tours combine modern technology with playful challenges and are particularly suitable for larger groups. These three formats are designed to support different learning objectives: team communication and feedback, decision-making under time pressure, role clarification and taking responsibility. On Smart tours tasks are often puzzling and require combinatorial thinking. Geocaching tours rely on navigation and clever allocation of resources, and iPad tours offer multimedia tasks that reward creativity and storytelling. Teams immediately learn how strategic considerations translate into practical successes. A team building event in Aalst with these formats also gives the opportunity to briefly reflect on learning moments at the end of each stage without interrupting the game flow. This turns fun into a sustainable benefit for everyday work and collaboration after the event.

team building experience in Aalst in action

When it comes to experiencing a team building experience in Aalst concretely, it is often the small, surprising moments that stay with you. Solving joint puzzles on the Grote Markt, navigating together along the Dender or developing a creative presentation on the historic square in front of the Stadhuis van Aalst create intensive learning experiences. team building experience in Aalst benefits from the lively mix of tradition and modernity, from street cafés where teams take brief success breaks to urban squares suitable for short, concise feedback rounds. The city can also be enjoyed culinarily: try local specialties and Belgian classics, enjoy a regional beer after a successful mission or share a portion of spicy fries as a finale. Anecdotes about the history of the carnival and the notorious groups of masks and floats provide conversation and loosen up reflections. This makes every team building experience in Aalst not only effective but also a social event that strengthens relationships and creates shared memories.

Culinary breaks and local stories

The breaks during a CityHunters programme invite teams to explore the local cuisine and stretch their legs. Aalst is known for its down-to-earth hospitality and lively café and pub culture. Often the best anecdotes arise here when teams share their best solution approaches or present the most curious finds from the tour. These informal encounters strengthen cohesion and provide space for honest feedback in a relaxed atmosphere. Thus play, learning and enjoyment combine to form a thoroughly successful team building event in Aalst.
