Team Building Event Sport-Club Freiburg e.V.
On November 2, 2026, the time had finally come: An exciting Geocaching event for the Sport-Club Freiburg e.V. was on the agenda. Right on time at 9:30 AM, 30 enthusiastic participants gathered at the lively Rathausplatz, ready for an unforgettable team building experience in Freiburg im Breisgau. As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming the group and dividing them into five teams.
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Freiburg's hidden treasures. The city was at its best, and the good weather added to the already excellent mood. The teams navigated through the charming old town, passing landmarks like the impressive Freiburg Minster and the historic Martinstor. Along the way, they had to solve tricky puzzles and tackle exciting team challenges.
Throughout the entire tour, the teams were in competition, and it was impressive to see how each participant contributed their strengths. Whether it was deciphering codes or creatively solving tasks, the team spirit was palpable. It was particularly gratifying to see how the participants grew closer through the shared experience.
After exactly three hours, the teams returned to Rathausplatz, where the eagerly awaited awards ceremony took place. Team 'Fuchsbau' secured first place with an impressive 378 points, closely followed by 'Gewinnerteam' with 364 points and 'Die glorreichen6 (7)' with 361 points. The competition was thrilling, but in the end, the fun and the shared experience were the main focus.
This Geocaching event in Freiburg was not only an exciting adventure but also an excellent way to discover the city from a new perspective. The combination of fun, competition, and teamwork made this day an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. For the Sport-Club Freiburg e.V., it was definitely a team building event in Freiburg that will be remembered.
