Team Building Event TAQA Transmission
On October 26, 2026, the sun shone brightly over Madrid, giving us the perfect weather for an unforgettable team building event. At 3:45 PM, 15 enthusiastic employees from TAQA Transmission gathered at the historic Plaza Mayor, ready for an exciting iPad Tour through the vibrant capital of Spain.
After a warm welcome and an introduction to the fascinating world of the CityHunters app, the participants were divided into three teams. Each team received an iPad, which served as the key to a modern scavenger hunt. The teams – 'Five Angels', 'Madrid Hunters', and 'Falcon' – set off to uncover the secrets of Madrid and earn points. The competition was on!
The iPad Tour led the teams to some of Madrid's most impressive landmarks. From the majestic Palacio Real to the breathtaking Almudena Cathedral and the bustling Puerta del Sol, exciting puzzles and creative team tasks awaited at every turn. These challenges not only strengthened the team spirit but also provided plenty of fun. Participants were called to demonstrate their observational skills and creativity as they discovered the city in a whole new way.
Throughout the tour, I remained available as a team guide via phone to assist with any questions or challenges. However, the teams handled the tasks with flying colors, proving that team building in Madrid can be not only effective but also incredibly entertaining.
After 1.5 hours of intense puzzling and exploration, we reconvened at Plaza Mayor for the celebratory awards ceremony. With an impressive score of 90 points, Team 'Five Angels' secured first place. 'Madrid Hunters' followed with 60 points, and Team 'Falcon' came in third with 45 points. The cheers were loud, and the joy from the shared adventures was palpable.
The iPad Tour in Madrid once again demonstrated that team building events in this city offer a perfect blend of fun, technology, and team building. An unforgettable day in Madrid that will be remembered for a long time!
