Murder Mystery Geocaching in Mannheim is an exciting event concept that uniquely combines team spirit and a sense of adventure. On October 14, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding a group of eight motivated employees from SV SparkassenVersicherung through the streets of Mannheim as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was the charming Dalbergplatz, where it all began.
The participants were divided into two teams and equipped with a tablet that guided them through the city. The teams, 'Winner' and 'Lukschi and the Bees', delved into a world of puzzles and mysteries, always on the lookout for clues to solve the tricky cases. Along the way, they passed some of Mannheim's most impressive landmarks, such as the majestic Mannheim Palace and the stunning Jesuit Church.
During the two-hour tour, the teams were on their own but always in a friendly competition for the most points. The participants eagerly collected points by solving puzzles and completing team tasks. The atmosphere was full of energy and optimism, and the beautiful weather contributed to the good mood. As a team guide, I was available by phone at any time to assist with questions or issues.
After two thrilling hours of discoveries and teamwork, the teams met again at Dalbergplatz for the final award ceremony. It was a close race, but in the end, team 'Winner' triumphed with an impressive 195 points, while 'Lukschi and the Bees' took second place with 165 points. The joy and pride of the participants were palpable, and the success was duly celebrated.
This team building experience in Mannheim was a complete success, offering participants not only the opportunity to discover the city from a new perspective but also to strengthen cohesion and collaboration within the team.
