Team Building Event con terra GmbH
Haltern am See, a city full of charm and history, provided the perfect backdrop for our Geocaching event with con terra GmbH. On October 13, 2026, 23 enthusiastic participants gathered at the central meeting point in the marketplace, ready for an adventure that combined fun, team spirit, and a sense of discovery.
After a warm welcome and introduction by me, the CityHunters team guide, the participants were divided into four teams. Equipped with tablets, they embarked on an exciting discovery tour that led them to the hidden treasures and sights of Haltern am See. The teams navigated through the picturesque streets, past the impressive St. Sixtus Church and the historic Roman camp of Haltern, solving puzzles and collecting points along the way.
The weather cooperated perfectly, adding a pleasant atmosphere to the event. The sun peeked through the clouds now and then, providing a fresh breeze that kept the participants in good spirits. Despite the small challenges the weather presented, the mood remained consistently positive and motivated.
During the three-hour tour, the teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone to help with any questions or issues. This independence encouraged team building in Haltern am See and strengthened collaboration within the groups. It was wonderful to see how the teams found creative solutions and tackled challenges together.
After the tour, all teams returned to the marketplace for the eagerly awaited award ceremony. With a tie of 420 points, Team 'Eins' and Team 'Nur 6' shared first place, while Team 'Team Sonnenschein' followed closely with 405 points. The joy and pride were clearly visible on the participants' faces.
This Geocaching event in Haltern am See was a complete success and an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. The combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit brought the participants closer together and offered them a new perspective on the city. Haltern am See once again proved to be the ideal location for such a team building event, one that will be remembered for a long time.
