Team Building Event Aldi Süd
On October 11, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event for 12 enthusiastic employees of Aldi Süd in the beautiful city of Regensburg as a CityHunters team guide. Our adventure kicked off at the historic Kohlenmarkt, where the participants eagerly gathered. The group was divided into two teams, who dived into the three-hour adventure with full enthusiasm to uncover the city's secrets and earn valuable points.
Equipped with a tablet and a specially developed app, the teams set off to solve puzzles and discover Regensburg from a completely new perspective. The city, known for its impressive landmarks like the majestic Regensburg Cathedral and the historic Stone Bridge, provided the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary team building event. Participants had to collect clues, analyze traces, and solve tricky tasks to unravel the fictional crimes.
The weather was at its best and contributed to the lively atmosphere. The teams were full of energy and took the opportunity not only to showcase their detective skills but also to strengthen their team spirit. It was particularly gratifying to see how the participants grew closer through the team building experience in Regensburg and brought their individual strengths to the table.
After three thrilling hours, the teams returned to the Kohlenmarkt, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. Team 'Kripo BQ14' secured victory with an impressive 250 points, closely followed by Team 'Dr. Watson' with 190 points. The joy of success was immense and reflected in the beaming faces of the participants.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching in Regensburg was not only an exciting adventure but also a valuable experience for everyone involved. It demonstrated the importance of collaboration and communication and offered the perfect opportunity to strengthen the team's cohesion.
