Bielefeld, a city full of charm and surprises, was the perfect setting for our unforgettable Geocaching adventure with the company Zahlmann Klose Nolting Partnerschaft mbB. On October 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM, 23 enthusiastic participants gathered in Altstädter Kirchpark, ready for an exciting team building experience in Bielefeld.
After a warm welcome from me, your CityHunters team guide, and a brief introduction, the participants were divided into four teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off on an exciting discovery tour through the city. The task: solve puzzles, tackle creative challenges, and collect as many points as possible. As the teams roamed the streets of Bielefeld, they admired sights like the imposing Sparrenburg and the impressive Kunsthalle Bielefeld. These locations offered not only visual highlights but also fascinating stories and secrets to uncover.
The weather that day was challenging, but the light breeze and occasional rain added a special character to the tour. It was a welcome opportunity to strengthen team spirit and face challenges together. The participants demonstrated impressive cohesion and creativity to find the hidden treasures of the city.
After 2.5 hours of fun and adventure, the teams returned to Altstädter Kirchpark, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. The team 'City Girls' triumphed with 255 points, securing first place. Close behind were 'Six in the Rain' with 240 points and 'Genius ZKN' with 220 points. The cheers were loud, and the joy over the shared achievement was written all over their faces.
Geocaching in Bielefeld was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen team spirit and discover the city in a completely new way. This team building event in Bielefeld not only promoted cohesion but also created lasting memories. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in this fascinating city!
