Team Building Event AVL
On October 1, 2026, 12 enthusiastic participants from the company AVL gathered in front of the Schubertkino in Graz for an exciting Geocaching adventure. The group was divided into three teams, each eager to collect the most points and claim victory. The city of Graz provided the perfect backdrop: with its charming atmosphere and numerous attractions, it was the ideal setting for an unforgettable team building experience.
After a brief introduction by me, the CityHunters team guide, and the distribution of tablets with the CityHunters app, the teams set off. They followed the coordinates leading them to fascinating locations while solving puzzles and discovering hidden treasures. Participants immersed themselves in the city's history and were enchanted by its unique atmosphere. Particularly, the Graz Schlossberg and the Kunsthaus Graz left them in awe and provided exciting challenges.
The challenge was to tackle the various tasks as a team. Whether it was cracking mysterious codes or coming up with creative solutions, the diversity of tasks presented thrilling challenges for the teams. Teamwork was the key to success, and it was impressive to see how participants brought their individual strengths to the table and conquered the tasks together.
After 2.75 hours filled with adventure and fun, the teams returned to the starting point in front of the Schubertkino. There, the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. Team 'Stonehence' emerged as the winner, although with 0 points, it took an unexpected twist. However, the true victory was the strengthened sense of community and the unforgettable moments shared among the participants.
Geocaching in Graz offered participants not only a new perspective on the city but also promoted team spirit and collaboration. The combination of fun, adventure, and team building made this day a special experience that will be remembered for a long time. Graz, with its historic buildings and hidden corners, proved once again to be the perfect place for such a team building event.
