Team Building Event Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA
On September 30, 2026, we were fortunate to experience an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching adventure in Lübeck under the bright sun. The participants from Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA gathered with anticipation at the Music and Congress Hall in Lübeck to take on the challenge.
Divided into four teams, the group set out to uncover the secrets of the Hanseatic city. Equipped with tablets and a special app that revealed the criminal cases, the teams embarked on an exciting scavenger hunt through the city. During their investigations, they passed impressive landmarks such as the famous Holstentor, the majestic St. Mary's Church, and the historic Lübeck Town Hall.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching not only offered the perfect opportunity to discover Lübeck from a new perspective but also served as an excellent team building experience in Lübeck. The teams solved tricky puzzles and tested their collaboration skills. Team spirit was essential, as only through collective thinking and strategic approaches could the cases be solved.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own but had the option to contact their team guide by phone if they encountered any issues. This mix of independence and support made the event an unforgettable experience. After three hours of excitement and fun, all teams reconvened at the Music and Congress Hall for the awards ceremony.
The team 'Winner' secured first place with an impressive 305 points, closely followed by the teams 'Vasal' and 'DIN ISO', both landing in second and third place with 245 points each. The day ended with much celebration and a sense of camaraderie.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching in Lübeck was more than just a game: it was an opportunity to strengthen team spirit and experience the city in a unique way. A perfect example of how team building in Lübeck can be not only effective but also incredibly entertaining. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in this fascinating city!
