Team Building Event Schülke & Mayr GmbH
On September 29, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching event for Schülke & Mayr GmbH in the beautiful city of Hamburg. Our journey began at the back of St. Peter's Church, where I welcomed 14 enthusiastic participants. The participants were divided into three teams, and soon the starting signal was given for an exciting team building experience in Hamburg.
Equipped with tablets, the teams set out to discover Hamburg's hidden treasures. The weather was on our side, and the fresh breeze of the Hanseatic city accompanied us on our adventure. The teams navigated through the streets of Hamburg, passing impressive sights like the Elbphilharmonie and the historic warehouse district. Each team was on its own to solve tricky puzzles and master creative team tasks.
The atmosphere was full of energy and team spirit. It was inspiring to see how the participants worked together to overcome the challenges while experiencing the city from a whole new perspective. The competition for the most points added extra motivation, and the teams gave their best to reach the top. I was always available by phone to provide support in case of questions or issues.
After 1.75 hours of excitement and fun, all teams met again at our starting point for the award ceremony. Team 'c. diff' secured first place with an impressive 180 points. Close behind was team 'Jeaj' with 165 points, followed by '4 Engel für Mike' with 150 points. The cheers were loud, and the joy of the shared experiences was clearly visible on the participants' faces.
This Geocaching event in Hamburg was a complete success and once again showed how much fun and cohesion such a team building experience in Hamburg can offer. The combination of adventure, teamwork, and exploring this fascinating city made the day an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Hamburg has once again proven to be the perfect place for an unforgettable team building event.
