Team Building Event Siemens AG
On September 29, 2026, we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon in Nuremberg, blessed with perfect weather. As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading a group of ten dedicated employees from Siemens AG through an exciting Geocaching adventure. Our meeting point was the charming flea market, where we divided the participants into two teams: OnTarget and 5 Friends.
From the start, there was a palpable excitement in the air as the teams took their tablets in hand and set off in search of the city's hidden treasures. This team building experience in Nuremberg promised not only fun but also a sense of adventure and discovery. The route led the teams to some of Nuremberg's most impressive sights, including the majestic Nuremberg Castle and the historic Church of Our Lady, both fascinating with their stories and secrets.
During the tour, the teams were on their own and had to prove themselves in the competition to earn the most points. Creativity, team spirit, and a keen eye were needed to solve the tricky puzzles and challenges. I was available by phone to provide support if needed, but the teams rose to the occasion with flying colors.
After two exciting hours, we reconvened at the flea market for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. With 180 points, Team OnTarget emerged as the proud winner, closely followed by the 5 Friends with 165 points. The cheers were loud, and it was clear that the team building experience in Nuremberg had brought the participants closer together.
