Team Building Event Magic sparks
A bright blue sky and pleasant temperatures accompanied us on this special team building day in Leipzig. At Thomaskirchhof, the starting point of our exciting Geocaching tour, 34 enthusiastic participants from Magic Sparks gathered. The anticipation for the upcoming adventure was palpable as we divided the teams into six groups and explained the basic rules of the game.
Leipzig, with its numerous attractions like the Thomaskirche and the Gewandhaus, provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable team building event. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set out to discover the hidden treasures of the city. The task was to solve tricky puzzles and complete exciting team challenges to collect points. As the teams roamed the charming streets of Leipzig, they could fully enjoy the city's unique atmosphere.
The competition for the most points added extra motivation and boosted team spirit. The participants were on their own, but I was always available by phone as a team guide in case of any issues. It was impressive to see how the teams creatively collaborated and utilized their individual strengths to overcome the challenges.
After two hours of adventure and discoveries, the teams returned to Thomaskirchhof, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. Team 'Die Stinker' clinched the victory with an impressive 345 points. In second and third place were teams 'Die7' with 270 points and 'Igor' with 255 points. The cheers were loud, and the joy over the shared achievement was evident.
This Geocaching event in Leipzig was more than just a game; it was an opportunity to experience the city from a new perspective and to grow together as a team. The combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit made this day an unforgettable experience for all involved. Team building in Leipzig – a complete success that will be remembered for a long time!
