Team Building Event Raiffeisenbank Neumarkt i.d.Opf. eG
With bright sunshine and perfect weather, we kicked off our exciting Geocaching adventure in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The 33 participants from Raiffeisenbank Neumarkt i.d.Opf. eG gathered eagerly at the market square, ready for an unforgettable day of team building. The city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, with its medieval backdrop and picturesque alleys, provided the ideal setting for our event.
After a warm welcome and briefing, the participants were divided into six teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to uncover the city's secrets. The tour led them to fascinating sights such as the impressive town hall and the stunning St. Jakob's Church. The teams had to solve puzzles and tackle team challenges to earn points and secure victory.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own but could reach out to me, their team guide, for support via phone if needed. The participants were enthusiastic about discovering the hidden treasures of the city and enhancing their team skills. It was a joy to see how each individual contributed their strengths and how the teams collectively overcame the challenges.
After three thrilling hours of adventure and discovery, all teams reconvened at the market square for the award ceremony. Team 'Hauptstelle' clinched the victory with a narrow lead of just one point and was awarded medals. They were closely followed by the 'Arschlöcher' and 'Top 5' teams, who also delivered impressive performances.
This Geocaching event in Rothenburg ob der Tauber was not only a successful blend of fun, adventure, and team building but also a wonderful opportunity to experience the enchanting city from a new perspective. The participants were thrilled by the unique atmosphere and exciting challenges they encountered. A day that will surely be remembered for a long time and brought the team closer together.
