Team Building Event Conova communications GmbH
Venice, the enchanting city of canals and bridges, was the perfect setting for our Geocaching adventure with Conova communications GmbH. On September 26, 2026, 46 eager participants gathered at the bustling Campo S. Luca, ready for an unforgettable team building experience in Venice.
After a warm welcome and introduction from me, the CityHunters team guide, the participants were divided into eight teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they embarked on an exciting scavenger hunt through Venice's historic streets. The teams navigated independently through the city, always aiming to earn the most points by solving puzzles and completing team tasks.
The route led the participants past some of the most impressive sights, including the majestic St. Mark's Basilica and the iconic Rialto Bridge. The teams had the opportunity to discover the fascinating history and secrets of these places while tackling the challenges of Geocaching. The competition for points was intense, but fun and shared experiences were always at the forefront.
After two and a half hours of adventure and discoveries, the teams returned to Campo S. Luca, where the excitement peaked during the awards ceremony. Team 'OWEZAHRA4' emerged victorious with an impressive 345 points and was honored with medals. Teams 'TEAM 4' and 'Team stillwaiting' also secured spots on the podium with their performances.
The weather was perfect and contributed to the cheerful atmosphere. This Geocaching experience in Venice not only offered a unique way to discover the city from a new perspective but also fostered team spirit and collaboration within the group. The team building experience in Venice was a complete success, leaving all participants with unforgettable memories.
Venice, with its rich culture and history, provided the ideal backdrop for this interactive adventure. Whether exploring the Doge's Palace or crossing the Bridge of Sighs, this team building event will remain in the participants' memories for a long time.
