Team Building Event Germany Incoming
A bright blue sky and pleasant temperatures—perfect weather for our Geocaching adventure in Freudenstadt! On September 25, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming 17 enthusiastic participants from the company Germany Incoming at the marketplace as a CityHunters team guide. The excitement was palpable as we divided the group into three teams and handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app.
Our Geocaching tour in Freudenstadt promised not only exciting puzzles but also a unique team building experience. Equipped with the latest coordinates, the teams explored the charming city and discovered landmarks like the impressive town church and the historic Friedrich Tower. Freudenstadt provided the perfect backdrop for an adventure full of fun and team spirit.
The teams operated independently, always competing for the most points. Whether solving tricky puzzles or engaging in creative team tasks, every participant had the chance to showcase their strengths. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams tackled the challenges brilliantly, demonstrating impressive collaboration.
After 2.25 hours of discoveries and challenges, we returned to the marketplace to celebrate the awards ceremony. Everyone eagerly awaited the announcement of the results. Team 'Peters Crew' secured first place with 255 points, followed by 'Kastanjerna' with 225 points and 'Lisas Lakejer' with 195 points. Congratulations to all teams for their outstanding performance!
The Geocaching in Freudenstadt was an unforgettable experience that not only strengthened team spirit but also allowed participants to experience the city in a completely new way. The combination of fun, adventure, and team building in Freudenstadt will surely remain in the participants' memories for a long time.
