Team Building Event RegioKonzept GmbH & Co. KG
On September 25, 2026, we experienced a perfect day for our Geocaching adventure in Miltenberg. The sun was shining brightly, providing the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable team building experience in Miltenberg. Our 22 participants from RegioKonzept GmbH & Co. KG gathered with great anticipation in the picturesque Adamsgasse, ready for an exciting adventure.
After a warm welcome and introduction, I divided the participants into four teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover the hidden treasures of Miltenberg. They navigated through the charming old town, passing landmarks like the impressive Mildenburg and the historic synagogue. At each stop, tricky puzzles and exciting team tasks awaited, which strengthened team spirit and provided plenty of fun.
During the tour, the teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone to help with any questions or issues. The Geocaching in Miltenberg offered the perfect mix of adventure, teamwork, and competition. The participants were eager and showed impressive creativity and collaboration to solve the tasks and collect points.
After two intense hours, all teams reunited in Adamsgasse for the eagerly awaited awards ceremony. Team 'Sunshine' triumphed with an impressive 375 points, securing first place. They were closely followed by the 'Hazel Mice' with 300 points and team 'Raven Abraxas', which took third place with 270 points. The pride and joy over their achievements were palpable and contributed to the positive atmosphere.
This team building event in Miltenberg was a complete success and will surely be remembered by the participants for a long time. The combination of fun, challenge, and discovering the picturesque town of Miltenberg made this day a special experience. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in this charming town and to taking teams on another exciting journey of discovery!
