Team Building Event MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG
On September 24, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming eleven enthusiastic participants from the company MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG to an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event in Iserlohn. We gathered at the Old Town Hall Square to dive into an adventure full of puzzles and mysteries together. The participants were divided into two teams and equipped with tablets that guided them through the city and presented them with challenging criminal cases.
The teams, 'MediTectives' and 'Best Medihunters', eagerly set off to discover Iserlohn from a new perspective. The city, with its impressive landmarks like the Marienkirche and the Iserlohn City Museum, provided the perfect backdrop for this interactive team building event. During the three-hour tour, the participants were on their own, earning points by solving puzzles and completing team tasks. It required not only brainpower but also teamwork and collaboration.
The weather cooperated, providing optimal conditions for the teams to conduct their investigations. The blend of technology and adventure made the Murder Mystery Geocaching an unforgettable experience that strengthened the teams' cohesion and communication. I was available by phone throughout the tour to assist with any potential issues.
After three exciting hours, the teams reconvened at the Old Town Hall Square for the awards ceremony. With a proud score of 360 points, the 'MediTectives' secured first place, closely followed by the 'Best Medihunters' with 330 points. Both teams delivered impressive performances and proved that team building in Iserlohn can be not only effective but also incredibly fun.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching in Iserlohn was a complete success and a perfect example of how solving puzzles and exploring together can strengthen team dynamics. The participants were able to showcase their detective skills while experiencing the beauty and history of Iserlohn in a unique way. I'm already looking forward to the next adventure in this wonderful city!
