Team Building Event ADAC e.V.
Munich, the vibrant metropolis in the heart of Bavaria, offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable team building experience. On September 23, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching event as a CityHunters team guide for 26 enthusiastic employees from ADAC e.V. The day kicked off at 9:00 AM at the bustling Max-Joseph-Platz, where the participants gathered eagerly.
After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, we divided the group into five teams. Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Munich's hidden treasures. The route led them to some of the city's most impressive landmarks, including the majestic Residenz Munich and the imposing Frauenkirche.
During the three-hour tour, the teams were on their own, engaging in a friendly competition to score the most points. By solving tricky puzzles and completing team tasks, they were able to earn valuable points. Team spirit was put to the test, and it was impressive to see how the participants collaborated to overcome the challenges.
The weather in Munich was simply perfect that day, adding to the overall mood. The bright blue sky and pleasant temperature contributed to the teams' enthusiasm and joy. Of course, I was always available by phone to assist the teams with any questions or issues, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
After three exciting hours, all teams reconvened at Max-Joseph-Platz for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. It was a joyful conclusion to an eventful day, and the participants celebrated their successes and newfound experiences. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm, and it was clear that this team building in Munich had brought the participants closer together.
Geocaching in Munich is a wonderful way to experience the city from a completely new perspective. The combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit makes this event an unforgettable experience that will be remembered for a long time. Once again, Munich has proven to be the ideal place for an inspiring team building!
