Team Building Event Deutsche Versicherungsakademie GmbH
Geocaching in Baiersbronn is an exciting way to combine fun, adventure, and team spirit. On September 21, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for the Deutsche Versicherungsakademie GmbH as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was the charming Hauff's Fairy Tale Museum, an ideal starting place for our team building experience in Baiersbronn.
The eight participants were divided into three teams and, equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, set off to discover the hidden treasures of the city. The teams '007', 'The Policy Pirates', and another team began their journey through the picturesque streets of Baiersbronn, determined to solve puzzles and master team tasks. The weather was on our side, providing pleasant conditions that made exploring the city even more enjoyable.
During the tour, participants experienced Baiersbronn in a completely new way. They discovered landmarks like the historic Rinken Wall and the majestic Rinken Tower. The mix of cultural highlights and challenging tasks provided lots of fun and greatly enhanced team spirit. Each participant was able to contribute their individual strengths, and together they overcame the challenges.
After 1.5 hours filled with excitement and discoveries, the teams gathered again at Hauff's Fairy Tale Museum for the awards ceremony. In a thrilling finale, Team '007' emerged at the top with an impressive 240 points, closely followed by 'The Policy Pirates' with 225 points. The joy of success and the time spent together was clearly felt by all participants.
This Geocaching event was an unforgettable team building experience in Baiersbronn, offering participants not only the chance to explore the city in an entertaining way but also to strengthen team cohesion. Baiersbronn once again proved to be the perfect venue for such an adventure, one that will be remembered for a long time.
