Team Building Event Mannheim Business School gGmbH
On September 22, 2026, we were greeted by perfect weather in Mannheim as we embarked on an exciting Geocaching adventure with 35 participants from the Mannheim Business School gGmbH. Our meeting point was the impressive University of Mannheim Palace, an ideal starting location for our team building experience in Mannheim.
After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, the participants were divided into six teams. Equipped with tablets, they set off to discover the city of Mannheim in a completely new way. The teams navigated through the streets and squares of the city, always on the lookout for hidden clues and tricky puzzles. Landmarks like the magnificent Mannheim Palace and the impressive Kunsthalle Mannheim served as the backdrop for this unforgettable exploration tour.
The teams were on their own and competed in a friendly rivalry to collect the most points. Each solved clue and successfully completed team task brought them a step closer to victory. The atmosphere was filled with team spirit and a sense of adventure, and the Geocaching experience in Mannheim offered the perfect opportunity to strengthen the camaraderie within the teams.
After three thrilling hours of puzzles and discoveries, all teams reconvened at the University of Mannheim Palace for the awards ceremony. In an exciting finale, The Scream Team secured first place with an impressive 380 points. Close behind was Team Deuces with 319 points, followed by Friedrich's 5 with 318 points. The joy and pride in their achievements were palpable.
This Geocaching experience in Mannheim not only provided loads of fun but also strengthened team spirit and gave participants the opportunity to experience the city from a new perspective. Whether exploring the Yavuz-Sultan-Selim Mosque or solving challenging tasks, the team building event in Mannheim was a resounding success and will be remembered by the participants for a long time.
