Team Building Event Vaillant GmbH
On September 18, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting iPad Tour for 35 enthusiastic employees of Vaillant GmbH in Essen. The meeting point was the lively Messeplatz, where participants, full of anticipation and curiosity, awaited their upcoming city exploration. After a brief introduction to using our innovative CityHunters app, the participants were divided into five teams, and the adventure was ready to begin!
Team building in Essen was our motto. Equipped with modern iPads, the teams set out to discover the city in a completely new way. During the tour, they navigated through the streets and squares of the city center, passing impressive landmarks like the Museum Folkwang and Essen Cathedral. Team spirit, creativity, and a keen eye were essential to solve the diverse puzzles and challenges.
The weather was on our side, and participants enjoyed the sunny atmosphere as they tackled the challenges. The teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. The combination of modern technology and exploring the historic city of Essen made this tour an unforgettable experience.
After 2.75 hours of intense puzzling and discovery, all teams reconvened at Messeplatz for the celebratory awards ceremony. The excitement was palpable as the scores were announced. Team 'Six Seven' triumphed with an impressive 340 points, securing first place. They were closely followed by Team 'Six Nine' with 335 points and 'The Friendship' with 315 points. The joy and pride of the participants were evident on their faces.
This iPad Tour in Essen was not just a competition but above all, an excellent team building event that strengthened the collaboration and cohesion of the participants. The blend of fun, technology, and team building in Essen will surely remain in the participants' memories for a long time. Essen, with its fascinating history and culture, provided the perfect backdrop for this unique experience.
