Team Building Event sophisTex Solutions
The Geocaching event by CityHunters in Larnaca offers a perfect blend of fun, adventure, and team spirit. On September 17, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding a group of 30 employees from sophisTex Solutions through the fascinating city of Larnaca. Our starting point was the lively Piyale Paşa Street, where we gathered at 2:30 PM. The participants were divided into five teams to embark on an exciting adventure.
Equipped with tablets, the teams set off on a journey of discovery through Larnaca. The city is full of hidden treasures and impressive sights waiting to be uncovered. The teams solved puzzles and tackled tricky team challenges as they passed historical sites like the impressive Church of Saint Lazarus and the majestic Larnaca Castle. The Pierides Museum also offered exciting insights and challenging tasks.
The pleasant weather contributed to the positive atmosphere. The teams worked enthusiastically together, developing creative solutions. It was great to see the team spirit grow and the participants push beyond their limits. Geocaching in Larnaca provided an ideal platform for a team building experience, allowing each participant to showcase their individual strengths.
After three hours of adventure and discovery, all teams reconvened at our starting point for the awards ceremony. It was an exciting moment as the results were announced. Team 'Hunters' triumphed with an impressive 375 points. Close behind were the teams 'Wanders' and 'Creative 6', each with 345 points. There was great joy over the success, with lots of laughter and celebration.
This Geocaching experience in Larnaca was a resounding success, strengthening team cohesion and creating unforgettable memories. Larnaca once again proved to be the perfect backdrop for such a team building event. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this charming city!
