Team Building Event Jobcenter Lahnstein
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Koblenz is a unique event concept that turns every participant into a detective, allowing them to experience the city from a completely new perspective. On September 16, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading 17 motivated employees from the Jobcenter Lahnstein on an exciting scavenger hunt through Koblenz. Our adventure began at the picturesque Josef-Görres-Platz, where we met and divided the participants into three teams.
Equipped with tablets that served as reliable partners in their quest for clues, the teams set off through the city. The sun was shining brightly, creating the perfect backdrop for our team building experience in Koblenz. The teams 'Chiller', 'Jobcops', and 'Demon hunters' delved deep into the mysteries of Koblenz as they solved puzzles and navigated landmarks like the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument at the Deutsches Eck and the impressive Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.
Throughout the tour, the teams engaged in friendly competition to collect the most points. It was fascinating to observe how the participants collaborated to tackle the tricky tasks and make the city safer. Team spirit was strengthened, and it was evident how cooperation bonded the groups together. Participants could contact me at any time for support, but they managed most challenges independently.
After three thrilling hours of adventure and discovery, the teams returned to Josef-Görres-Platz for the award ceremony. I was delighted to announce that the team 'Chiller' secured first place with an impressive 345 points. The 'Jobcops' and 'Demon hunters' followed in second and third place with 255 points each.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was not only an exciting city exploration but also an effective team building experience in Koblenz. It offered participants the chance to discover their individual strengths and successfully apply them within the team. An unforgettable experience that will surely be remembered for a long time and enhance motivation and collaboration in the workplace. Koblenz once again proved to be the perfect setting for such an event!
