Team Building Event Kanzlei SONNTAG
A brilliant blue sky and pleasant temperatures provided the perfect backdrop for our Geocaching adventure in Augsburg. Fifteen eager participants from the law firm SONNTAG gathered at the Town Hall Square, ready for an unforgettable team building experience in Augsburg. As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming the group and dividing them into three dynamic teams. Armed with a tablet and the CityHunters app, each team set off to discover the city from a whole new perspective.
The teams immersed themselves in the fascinating world of Geocaching, always on the lookout for hidden treasures and exciting puzzles. Augsburg, with its historical landmarks like the Fuggerei and the majestic Augsburg Town Hall, offered the perfect setting for this adventure. The teams navigated through the charming old town, solved tricky tasks, and collected points to emerge as the winners in the end.
During the tour, the teams were on their own, but I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. The participants demonstrated impressive teamwork and creativity as they tackled the challenges. The tasks around the Perlachturm were particularly exciting and greatly boosted team spirit.
After two hours filled with fun and thrilling discoveries, all teams reconvened at the Town Hall Square for the award ceremony. The excitement was palpable as the points were tallied. However, regardless of the outcome, the true victory was the strengthened sense of unity fostered by the team building in Augsburg. The participants were thrilled with the opportunity to explore the city in such an interactive way while growing closer as a team.
This day in Augsburg was not only an exciting adventure but also a valuable opportunity to enhance collaboration and communication within the teams. Geocaching in Augsburg offers the perfect blend of fun, competition, and team spirit, leaving lasting memories. I am already looking forward to the next event where we can once again uncover the treasures of this wonderful city!
