Team Building Event Fritz Rudolf Künker GmbH & Co.KG
Osnabrück, the city of peace treaties, provided the perfect backdrop for an exciting Geocaching adventure on September 11, 2026. As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of introducing 38 enthusiastic participants from Fritz Rudolf Künker GmbH & Co.KG to the world of Geocaching. Our meeting point was Nobbenburger Straße in Osnabrück-Westerberg, where everyone gathered with eager anticipation.
After a brief introduction and dividing into seven teams, the participants received their tablets and were ready for the adventure. The teams set off to discover the hidden treasures of Osnabrück. With a mix of fun, adventure, and team spirit, they experienced three hours full of challenges and discoveries. The route took them past impressive landmarks like St. Peter's Cathedral and the Felix-Nussbaum-Haus, captivating the teams with their history and architecture.
The weather was pleasant, providing an enjoyable atmosphere that made the team building experience in Osnabrück even more memorable. The teams were on their own, solving puzzles, completing team tasks, and collecting points. The competition for the most points added excitement and motivation, while I was available by phone for questions and support as the team guide.
After three hours of discoveries and challenges, the teams returned to the starting point for the joint awards ceremony. The tension was palpable as the points were tallied. 'Team 7' triumphed with an impressive 405 points, sharing first place with 'Team 2', while 'TEAM 1' secured third place with 360 points.
This Geocaching adventure in Osnabrück was a wonderful opportunity to experience the city from a new perspective while also strengthening team spirit. The mix of cultural highlights and exciting tasks made the team building event in Osnabrück an unforgettable experience. Such an event shows how much fun it can be to tackle challenges together while discovering the treasures of a city.
