Team Building Event Gutsche Maxwitat GbR
Möhnesee, a picturesque place full of charm and history, was the setting for an unforgettable Geocaching adventure with the company Gutsche Maxwitat GbR. On September 11, 2026, 20 eager participants gathered on Meister-Stütting-Straße to embark on an exciting journey through the town. The goal: to experience team building in Möhnesee at its finest.
After a warm welcome from me, the CityHunters team guide, the participants were divided into three teams: the Tax Trackers, the Receipt Detectives, and the Treasure Balancers. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off on their Geocaching adventure. The sun was shining in a clear blue sky, providing perfect conditions as the teams roamed the streets of Möhnesee.
The participants explored the town in a completely new way. Landmarks like the impressive St. Pankratius Church and the historic Haus Stockebrand became the scenes of tricky puzzles and exciting team tasks. It was fascinating to see how the teams collaborated and brought their individual strengths to bear in overcoming the challenges.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone to help with any issues. The competition for the most points added extra motivation and boosted team spirit. After three thrilling hours, all teams returned to Meister-Stütting-Straße, where the eagerly awaited awards ceremony took place.
With 420 points, the Tax Trackers secured the victory, followed by the Receipt Detectives with 390 points and the Treasure Balancers with 345 points. The joy and pride over the results achieved were palpable, making this team building experience in Möhnesee truly unforgettable.
Geocaching in Möhnesee offered Gutsche Maxwitat GbR the perfect combination of fun, adventure, and teamwork. The participants not only discovered the hidden treasures of the town but also new facets of their colleagues. This event will surely be remembered for a long time and demonstrates how effective team building in Möhnesee can be.
