Team Building Event basecom GmbH & Co.KG
On September 8, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event for Basecom GmbH & Co. KG in Osnabrück as part of the CityHunters team. Our meeting point was the Diocese of Osnabrück, an ideal starting location for our thrilling team building adventure in this historic city.
We kicked off the afternoon with 40 enthusiastic participants, divided into eight teams. Equipped with a tablet and a special app, the teams set off to uncover the secrets of Osnabrück. The city became a stage for our detectives, who tackled challenging puzzles and team tasks at various locations such as St. Peter's Cathedral and the Felix Nussbaum House. The perfect weather contributed to the good mood, making the experience even more enjoyable.
During the two-hour tour, the teams were on their own, competing to collect the most points. The collaboration and team spirit fostered during the Murder Mystery Geocaching were impressive. I was available by phone for any questions or issues, but the teams mostly managed the challenges independently and creatively.
Back at the Diocese of Osnabrück, the exciting awards ceremony took place. Team 6 secured the victory with 345 points, closely followed by Team 1 with 300 points and Team 2 with 285 points. The pride and joy over their achievements were evident among all participants.
This team building experience in Osnabrück was not only a lot of fun but also strengthened the cohesion within the teams. Participants got to know Osnabrück from a new perspective while practicing teamwork and problem-solving. Everyone could contribute their individual strengths and enjoy an unforgettable afternoon with colleagues.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Osnabrück is a perfect combination of adventure and team building. It offers the opportunity to explore the city in a playful way while strengthening team spirit.
