Team Building Event TOBSTEEL GmbH
September 4, 2026, was a beautiful day for an exciting Geocaching adventure in Schwäbisch Hall. Under the bright sunshine and pleasant temperatures, 15 motivated participants from TOBSTEEL GmbH gathered with me, their CityHunters team guide, in Haal. The anticipation for the upcoming team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall was palpable as the participants were divided into three teams.
Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, the teams 'Sportfreunde', 'The 2 Kevins and the Rest', and 'Catch me if you can' set out to discover the hidden treasures and secrets of the city. With each puzzle solved and every successfully completed team task, the excitement grew. The teams navigated through the charming old town, passing landmarks like the impressive St. Michael's Church and the fascinating Kunsthalle Würth. Each stop offered a new challenge and exciting insights into the history and culture of Schwäbisch Hall.
Throughout the tour, the teams engaged in a friendly competition to collect the most points. The team spirit was strengthened by the diverse tasks, and it was impressive to see how creatively and enthusiastically the participants worked together. I was always available by phone to offer support and ensure that all teams could fully enjoy their adventure.
After two thrilling hours filled with discoveries and teamwork, the teams returned to the starting point in Haal, where the eagerly awaited awards ceremony took place. Team 'Sportfreunde' secured victory with an impressive 315 points. In second place was the team 'The 2 Kevins and the Rest' with 240 points, followed by 'Catch me if you can' with 225 points.
This Geocaching experience was not only a wonderful opportunity to discover Schwäbisch Hall from a new perspective but also an excellent way to strengthen team cohesion. The team building event in Schwäbisch Hall provided all participants with an unforgettable experience and showcased how much fun and adventure this charming city has to offer.
