Team Building Event Bechtle GmbH
Leipzig, the vibrant city with its unique charm, was the setting for an exciting Geocaching adventure on September 3, 2026, for 17 enthusiastic participants from Bechtle GmbH. The event kicked off at the historic Thomaskirchhof, where participants eagerly gathered for their team building experience in Leipzig.
Divided into four teams, the participants embarked on a three-hour exploration through Leipzig's lively city center. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set out to find the city's hidden treasures and solve exciting puzzles. The tour took them past impressive landmarks such as the majestic Thomaskirche, the traditional University of Leipzig, and the imposing Gewandhaus.
Even though the weather wasn't entirely on our side, it didn't dampen the spirits. The light rain added a special atmosphere to the city, making the adventure even more unforgettable. The teams eagerly tackled the challenges and demonstrated their teamwork skills. Whenever questions or issues arose, I was available as the team guide to provide support over the phone.
After three thrilling hours of teamwork and discoveries, the teams returned to Thomaskirchhof for the eagerly anticipated award ceremony. Team 'Team Turtel' secured first place with an impressive 360 points, closely followed by 'Telephoneboys' and 'Die vier Schönsten', who also shone with strong 360 points.
This Geocaching adventure in Leipzig was a resounding success, once again highlighting the fun and camaraderie that such a team building event can offer. The participants from Bechtle GmbH not only experienced the cultural highlights of the city but also strengthened their team dynamics, creating memories that will linger for a long time. Team building in Leipzig was not just a motto that day but an experience that brought the participants closer together and allowed them to experience the city in a completely new way.
