Team Building Event Volksbank Mittelhessen / Abteilung Baufinanzierung
On September 3, 2026, the day finally arrived: 40 enthusiastic employees from the mortgage department of Volksbank Mittelhessen set off for Marburg to participate in a very special team building event – Murder Mystery Geocaching. The meeting point was centrally located on Biegenstraße, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, warmly welcomed the group. After a brief introduction and dividing the participants into six teams, the adventure began.
Each team received a tablet with a special app that guided them through the picturesque city of Marburg. The teams became detectives who had to solve tricky cases while passing landmarks such as the Elisabeth Church and the impressive Marburg Castle. The combination of technology and adventure made Murder Mystery Geocaching a unique experience that captivated the participants.
During the three-hour tour through Marburg, the weather was pleasant, providing the perfect backdrop for an exciting team building experience. The teams were on their own, tasked with solving puzzles, gathering clues, and constantly strengthening their team spirit. It was fascinating to observe how the participants collaborated and supported each other to earn the most points.
After three thrilling hours, all teams reconvened at the starting point on Biegenstraße for the awards ceremony. Team 'Andi' claimed victory with an impressive 345 points and received medals as recognition. Close behind was 'Team 5' with 330 points, while 'Team Anni' secured third place with 315 points. The joy and pride of the participants were palpable, marking a fantastic conclusion to a successful team building experience in Marburg.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching event was not only an exciting adventure but also an excellent opportunity to enhance cohesion and collaboration within the teams. The participants were able to discover Marburg from a new perspective while showcasing their individual strengths. An unforgettable experience that will surely be remembered for a long time!
