On September 1, 2026, we were treated to perfect weather in Kempten for an exciting Geocaching adventure. The sun was shining, and the temperatures were ideal for exploring this charming city. At 2:00 PM, 22 enthusiastic participants from Dachser SE gathered on Thomas-Dachser-Straße, ready for an unforgettable team building experience in Kempten.
After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, the participants were divided into four dynamic teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the journey of discovery through Kempten began. The teams set off to find the city's hidden treasures, solving exciting puzzles and team tasks along the way. The participants were full of eagerness and enthusiasm as they roamed the streets and squares, always on the lookout for the next clue.
During the tour, the teams were led to some of the city's most impressive landmarks. The St. Lorenz Basilica impressed with its majestic architecture, while the historic Town Hall and the Princely Abbey Residence captivated participants with their rich history. Each stop not only offered an opportunity to earn points but also to learn more about Kempten's fascinating history and culture.
The team spirit was palpable throughout the event. Participants worked closely together to overcome challenges, each contributing their individual strengths. The competition for the most points added extra excitement and motivation. However, the shared experience and team building in Kempten were ultimately the main focus.
After two thrilling hours, all teams reconvened at Thomas-Dachser-Straße for the award ceremony. The tension was tangible as the points were tallied and the winning team was announced. Yet, regardless of the outcome, everyone agreed: this Geocaching experience in Kempten was a complete success and had brought the team closer together.
